Welcome to Guriru, the seafood spot that's grilling up something special!

The menu is inspired by the Japanese Hamayaki, or fisherman's grill, and we're putting our unique spin on it. Take your pick of the freshest seafood, and we’ll live grill it to perfection for you. 

Everything is best enjoyed in the company of friends, with bar snacks and an eclectic drinks menu to make for the perfect accompaniment.

So come on in, pull up a chair, and unwind with us.

Guriru is a collaboration between Anagram Food Lab and Chef Teppei Yamashita. 

 

Chef Teppei was born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan, and opened his restaurant iin Singapore in 2011. The restaurant was an instant success, and Chef Teppei quickly became known for his affordable Omakase and popular Chirashi.

 

Over the years, he has developed many concepts - from Omakase, Izakaya, Grilled Unagi and Ramen - each one designed to bring a smile to the faces of his customers. His ambition is to introduce the diversity of Japanese cuisine to people around the world.
