Guriru is a collaboration between Anagram Food Lab and Chef Teppei Yamashita. The menu is inspired by the Japanese Hamayaki, or fisherman's grill with our unique spin on it. Take your pick of the freshest seafood, and we’ll live grill it to perfection for you. 

 

Chef Teppei has developed many concepts - from Omakase, Izakaya, Grilled Unagi and Ramen - each one designed to bring a smile to the faces of his customers. His ambition is to introduce the diversity of Japanese cuisine to people around the world.
